1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Qevoxyl Desktop Application ("Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.
2. License Grant
Qevoxyl grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.
3. Restrictions
You may not: (a) modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; (b) rent, lease, lend, or distribute the Software; or (c) use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. Privacy and Data
Your use of the Software is subject to the Qevoxyl Privacy Policy. Note that the Software operates primarily offline, and audio recordings/transcripts are processed locally on your device by default.
5. Modification and Termination
Qevoxyl reserves the right to modify or terminate this EULA at any time. Your continued use of the Software after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. QEVOXYL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
